Logo Viking collects minimal information necessary to provide our services. When you use our tools as a guest, we collect only the images you upload for processing. These are temporarily stored on our servers and automatically deleted within 5 minutes. If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password.
Images uploaded to Logo Viking are used solely for the image processing operation you request. We do not analyze, copy, share, or store your images beyond the temporary processing window. All uploaded files and processed outputs are automatically deleted from our servers within 5 minutes of processing completion.
We use localStorage to remember your theme preference (dark/light mode) and authentication token. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies are set without your consent. If you choose to enable Google AdSense ads, Google may set cookies per their own privacy policy.
If you create an account, your email and hashed password are stored in our database. We never store plaintext passwords. We may use your email to send service updates, but you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties.
We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service — including which tools are used most frequently and general performance metrics. This data is not linked to individual users and contains no personally identifiable information.
Logo Viking may integrate with Google AdSense for advertising. Logged-in users do not see ads. Google's advertising services are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal data with advertisers.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transfers, bcrypt password hashing, JWT authentication with expiring tokens, and rate limiting to prevent abuse. While we strive to protect your data, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account data at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at hello@logoviking.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Logo Viking is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
